We can practice skills together to help you work through painful emotions, and to further develop strengths you already have within you. I use a trauma-conscious approach to therapy, integrating somatic tools like yoga and mindfulness. I work primarily with teens and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and PMDD (Pre-Menstrual Dysphoric Disorder), as well as with members of the LGBTQ+ community.
I am a queer, feminist therapist and am LGBTQ+ affirming. I respect each person's lived experience and full identity including their sexual orientation, gender expression, race, culture, and religion.
I see clients virtually and in person.
I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna insurance plans for clients in the state of Michigan.
I provide free 15 minute consultations to determine if I would be a good fit for your mental healthcare needs.
